If you wish to stay at our property, The Villas at Southern Hills overlook our course and offer a full kitchen, balcony, and living room in addition to two bedrooms and two baths or a four-bedroom/four-bathroom option. It's not uncommon to spot whitetail deer and wild turkeys on our grounds whether you're staying with us or playing golf.
We are located in Brooksville which is just minutes away from several beaches, campgrounds, and attractions along Florida's eastern coast. We're also an hour north of Tampa which means popular amusement parks, museums, and stores are a short drive away.

You can take lessons with our friendly, experienced staff. If you and your spouse have never tried golfing before, learning the game together can be a great way to spend your wedding anniversary. Our learning center provides everything you need to improve your game including video instruction and customized club repair.
We also offer a short course featuring six holes that measure from 60 yards to 130 yards that is great for beginners and juniors to perfect their skills.

Our fully equipped gym includes treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, and more to help you stay in shape. Outside, you'll find four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts that are open until 10 PM.
After a great workout, you can cool off with a dip in our large resort-style pool that features a lap area, heated spa, and restrooms. We offer water aerobics classes and areas for sunbathing.
